A. As safe as it possibly could be. We don’t store any card details and all the other information you give us are stored securely with the highest levels of security. In fact, we use high-level SSL encryption technology – the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. Merchandise with proper tags and labels can be returned for a refund or an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Q. What is an account and why should I register for one?
A. A Modest in the City account allow you to view your order history and track your orders, Save the items that you love in your wish list, and save your shipping and billing information for faster checkout.
Q. What if I need to contact customer care of if I need style or fit advice?

Q. When will my credit card be charged?
A. You will see a pending charge on your credit card statement until the item has shipped, at which point the charge will be complete.
Q. Does Modest in the City ship overseas?
A. Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL.
Q. I have an international credit card/billing address but a US shipping address?
A. We understand that our customers may travel and need their orders shipped to their destination.
In this case, the order will be sent to the shipping address listed on your order. If we have any questions or part of the shipping address in incorrect, we will contact you by phone and email to verify that all the information listed on your order is correct.
Q. How much duty/tax will I have to pay for international shipping?
A. Duties, taxes, and how much shipping will cost and depending on the country, you may have the option to pre-pay duties and taxes.
Q. Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
A. We cannot deliver to a P.O. Box.
Q. What if I purchased an item on sale?
A. All sale items are Final sale but can be exchanged on a case by case basis. We want you to be happy, we will do our best to assist you with final sale items.
Q. How do I return an item?
A. You can return your unworn items with all the tags attached. Please send a request to email@example.com and include your order number in your email. Once we have received your request, you will receive an email confirming your request that will also include a return label.
Q. Can I cancel an order after placing it?
A. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. In the event that we have to cancel your order because of an error, or because the merchandise you selected is out of stock, we will notify you by phone or with a follow-up email.
